Service

These terms of service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and LINKAMEN PTE. LTD. ("LinkAmen", "we", "our", "us"), a publishing company delivering apps for mobile devices. These Terms set out how you may use our PredictNext Android app, the predictnext.ai website, and any related services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to accept and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.

You should also read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal data.

As a condition of using the Services you agree not to do any act, or share or transmit any content that:

• is sexually explicit, vulgar, or obscene;
• amounts to a form of cheating, personal attack, bullying, or harassment;
• encourages or amounts to any illegal activity;
• impersonates anyone, or misrepresents your identity;
• deletes or alters any legal notices, disclaimers, proprietary or copyright marks;
• infringes anyone else's patents, copyright, trademarks, other intellectual property rights, or privacy;
• contains a virus, worm, or similar threat, or interferes with, impairs, or damages the Services;
• involves disruptive, antisocial, or destructive behavior (flooding, trolling, flaming, spamming, griefing);
• involves business activity — generating money for yourself or others — through the Services;
• amounts to an advertisement, chain letter, junk, or spam.

In addition, it is against the Rules to: (a) launch attacks such as denial-of-service, or interfere with others' use of the Services; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or connected computers/networks; (c) use cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, or any third-party software designed to interfere with the Services; (d) modify any software that forms part of the Services; (e) attempt to circumvent or modify any security features; or (f) harass or abuse others, or obtain, use, or share anyone else's personal information through the Services.

We may terminate or restrict your right to use the Services, or disable your account, if we reasonably believe you have not followed these Rules or have otherwise behaved inappropriately while using the Services.

PredictNext is usable anonymously for core features. You may optionally sign in with Google to sync your followed matches and leagues across devices. You are responsible for activities that are carried out under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you should notify us immediately at info@linkamen.com.

You can close your account at any time from inside the Android app (Profile > Delete Account) or by emailing us. Closing your account erases your followed matches, followed leagues, active sessions, and associated personal data from our servers. See our Account Deletion page for details. We may close an account that has been inactive for 180 days.

PredictNext provides AI-generated football predictions and statistics for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes betting, gambling, or investment advice. Market consensus data, where shown, is derived from aggregated public sources and represents implied probabilities. We do not promote, facilitate, or link to any gambling services. Any decisions you make based on our content are solely your own responsibility.

Our Services may in the future offer premium features that you can purchase as a monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription through the Google Play Store. To purchase a subscription you will need to provide a valid payment method to the Google Play Store, and by doing so you agree the Play Store has the right to use the information to process payment. You may be subject to additional terms imposed by Google.

If subscriptions are offered, renewals are automatic until cancelled. You can cancel in your Google Play Store settings at least 24 hours in advance of the end of the current subscription term. Payments are non-refundable, however you will continue to have access to the premium features through the end of the subscription term.

For EEA, Swiss, and UK residents: you have 14 days from the date you signed up for a subscription to cancel for any reason and receive a refund, provided that we may charge you or withhold from your refund the value of any subscription used through your account during such period. Please contact us at info@linkamen.com to exercise this right.

From time to time we may deploy or provide patches, updates, upgrades, additional content, or other modifications to the Services (for maintenance, enhancements, to add or remove features, resolve software bugs, or address security concerns). These updates may result in the Services being temporarily unavailable. We recommend keeping the latest version installed.

We own, or have a licence to use, all the content and information in the Services — including software code, graphics, images, trademarks, designs, logos, videos, and text. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Services in any way.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, personal, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, errors, or omissions. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that you suffer as a consequence of any Service becoming temporarily or permanently unavailable, nor for indirect losses such as loss of revenue, profit, opportunity, or reputation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

When using the Services you may see links to third-party websites, advertising, or content provided by third parties. These links are provided by third parties and not by us. We do not endorse any third-party website or content. We are not responsible for anything that happens when you visit those websites or use that content. Each third-party service may have its own terms and privacy policy.

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by English law. If you are a consumer and resident of any European Union country, you also benefit from mandatory local-law provisions and legal rights. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer residents of an EU country may also bring proceedings in that country.

The Services are not intended for use by children under 16. If you are under 16, you must not use the Services unless you have the consent of a person with parental responsibility for you.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in laws or regulations, security or operational issues, or features of the Services. If we change these Terms, we will post summary details on this page and update the "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Services after a revision takes effect, you agree to comply with the revised Terms.
